# Fees & Payment Terms

Source: Face Card Brand Bible v2.0 (October 2026).

## The model
Face Card Casting is a casting company, not a talent agency. It earns one
flat casting fee from the client, quoted upfront before any work begins.

- Clients pay: one agreed flat casting fee. Quoted before work starts.
- Talent pays: nothing. Submissions are always free.
- Talent receives: 100% of their agreed pay. No commission is taken, no
  percentage withheld, no representation fees.

## Why this matters
Because the company is not a licensed talent agency, it cannot and does
not take pay from talent — only from the hiring company. Any person
claiming to be Face Card Casting who asks talent for money is
impersonating the company: report it to info@facecardcasting.com
immediately.
